We started OmTwiins because we were tired of seeing vegan women struggle with programs that weren't built for them. Every body is different, and every plan should be too.

Is this program only for vegans?+
Yes! Our coaching program is designed specifically for women following a plant-based diet. All meal plans are 100% vegan with high-protein strategies optimized for muscle growth and fat loss.
Do I need gym experience?+
Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced lifter, we tailor your training program to your current fitness level and progressively build from there.
How does 1:1 coaching work?+
You get a personalized training and nutrition plan, plus weekly check-ins with your coach. We review your progress photos, weight, measurements, and adjust your plan based on real results every single week.
How long until I see results?+
Most clients notice visible changes within 4-6 weeks. Significant transformations typically happen over 12-16 weeks. The key is consistency, and that's exactly what our coaching keeps you accountable for.
What's the strategy call about?+
It's a free, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your goals, assess where you are right now, and determine if our coaching program is the right fit for you. No weird sales tactics — just an honest conversation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
We want you to commit to the process, but we understand life happens. Cancellation policies are discussed during your strategy call so there are no surprises.
